If you choose to stake, you just deposit ETH and pay a $1.15 normal Ethereum gas fee. When your challenge is over you can withdraw your ETH or you can leave it in the system to do more challenges without paying gas fees. Withdrawing requires one more Ethereum gas fee.

  5. Check-in every day to get your ETH stake back and ETH from lost challenges.

Once this is done, set up your calendar to stay on track and be reminded of your challenge. There are email reminders too.

The dashboard is to see your existing commitments and start new ones. 

The wallet shows how much of your ETH you’ve earned back and how much of others’ ETH you’ve earned. You can withdraw from here too.
