How to use enform.io
  • To get started with Enform.io, click GET STARTED FREE on the website’s homepage at the top right of your screen.
  • Provide your name, email, business name, and create a secure password to sign up. Otherwise, use your existing Gmail or LinkedIn account to sign up.
  • On your dashboard, select PROJECT MANAGEMENT INTEGRATION to connect your chosen project management tool. To connect to JIRA, for instance, provide your site URL, your username, email address, and API secret, then select SAVE CHANGES. 
  • You can also access the INTEGRATIONS feature from the menu box on the left side of your screen.
  • After the changes have been saved, Enform.io quickly detects what epics have recently been updated, and you can link them to new or existing goals. Once you are connected to your project management solution, basic Daily Digests will be sent to you. The daily digests will provide you with an overview of epics in-flight progress.
  • Click MANAGE GOALS to create and manage your quarterly goals/objectives from your dashboard. 
  • Also, access your GOALS and create and manage them from the menu box on the left side of your screen.
  • To create UPDATES, click WRITE YOUR NEXT UPDATE on the homepage of your dashboard, or select YOUR UPDATE from the menu box at the left side of your screen. You can send updates to keep your team and organization informed.
  • Select TEAM from the menu box to add new users to your team manage your team branding and specific integration settings.
  • The BILLING tab from the menu box directs you to the different paid plans available. Select any of the plans based on your business needs.
  • The HELP tab at the bottom left of the screen is available for you to reach out to the Enform.io support team.
  • Leave feedback regarding the Enform.io web app through the FEEDBACK icon located at the bottom left of your dashboard.
