Because EasyRoutes is directly integrated with Shopify, your orders are available when you open the App. 

You can set a “begin and end” location in the options for your routes and select how many routes you want to create. 

Once you have chosen all the orders you want to deliver, EasyRoutes will generate optimized routes and packing lists. 

In addition, you can review and edit these routes, and when you are ready, click the share button to share it with your drivers or deliver it yourself. 

How to use EasyRoutes App
  • Click INSTALL ON SHOPIFY on the website homepage to get started using Easy Routes.
  • The Shopify app store page will open up.
  • While there, click ADD APP, Log into your Shopify app or create an account if you don’t have one.
  • After logging in or creating and validating your Shopify app account, you can install the application.
  • Shopify is seamlessly integrated into EasyRoutes, so your orders are right there once the App is opened. On your homepage, set your route settings and select your orders. Then click the ADD ORDERS ROUTE button to add your selection to your route staging area.
  • After selecting all the orders you need, click the CREATE NEW ROUTE(S) button and EasyRoutes will optimize your addresses and provide a map, stop list, and a route directory you can use as a packing list.
  • To review/edit your optimized route, click the EDIT button. You can add stops edit stop addresses and stop times, rearrange stops by dragging and dropping, and divide your orders off into another route. Once you’re satisfied with your chosen path, click the SAVE button. 
  • Share your route or deliver it yourself by clicking the NEXT > SHARE/DELIVER ROUTE button to see your options. You will be directed to fulfill your orders. Once there, you can choose to share the route with your driver or deliver it yourself. To share a route with drivers, click the SHARE ROUTE button and a secure link that auto-expires after 48 hours will be generated.
  • Drivers can also use the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver app or open the link in their web browser without an app. The delivery driver app helps users navigate stops, add proof of Delivery (photos, e-signature, notes), and mark orders as delivered.
