How to use medirecord

Firstly log in with your mobile number. 

Search for your country code, and if you don’t have an account it will be created automatically, a verification code will be sent to the phone number you provided, and then it takes you straight to your dashboard. 

To create new visits, on the “MY VISITS” screen, tap on “+ New” to add a new visit. 

input category, date, doctor, place, prescription code, symptoms, meds. You can take a picture(scan your prescription or lab result) 

When you’re done, you save it. 

With the app Settings, you can choose how you want your view to be either By date of visit (newest or oldest) or by category (A-Z or Z-A). 

You can choose to show planned events or not. 

You can also search for pre-recorded visits. 

On the “PROFILE” screen, you can view your subscription status, payment plan, and family discounts.

On the “MY MEDS” screen, add the description of the meds. This will include the name, package kind(in ml) description (for stomach pain), set dose schedule, then add if it was bought. (Toggle)

On the “MY EXAMINATIONS”,  add a description of your examinations. Title, date, description of the examination. Results, diagnosis, You can add a file. Either take a photo or add from an existing file. 

On “PLANNED”, there’s a calendar to show your planned events. You can plan a visit, purchase of medicine, or plan an examination. 

To check your payment plan, change it or subscribe, go to the payment plan. 

To redeem your discount, you will put the code that appears as your coupon code.  

You receive a new promo code when your friend joins the app using your unique promo code. 

You can also add family members when you click on “My family”
