Q2) You have started your career in Extratorrent.com as an Administrator, and now you are the Founder and CEO of BTweeps. How did this happen? Please share a few words about your experiences and journey with us. 

I started my journey as a “Passion to Explore, Connect & Network” with people globally. ET was a Dark Web Hobby. I loved it as I gained an abundance of technical knowledge while being there. It was 2009 when I started using Twitter @TheSoulfulEMU. From Hobby to Passion, Passion to Purpose, And Purpose to Career, Connecting the dots further, I created @BIZBoost (Global Remote Digital Media Growth Agency) as a Brand in 2010. It’s been over 11yrs of digital transformation constantly moving above & beyond. In 2016, we realized the need to create BTweeps. Soon this became a mission to Transform it into a Personalized Twitter Growth Assistant for Creative Communities globally. Power to the Tweeple!

REAL-TIME Digital Media Remote Life.. 😉 Imagine jumping from one life-cycle to another constantly moving up, falling down & moving beyond. It a process. You can’t skip it! There is no shortcut. I try to find my balance in the moment, by identifying when to start & when to stop. 

Everyday is a new story with everything evolving constantly. The Digital Media Industry moves pretty fast and we have to keep up with What’s happening on different layers of the Internet to align & contribute to make it a better place to be. We work with multiple timezones so there is no FIXED time or routine of operations. There is no Blueprint to it. No Clock work. Just art work. For the People.

Q7) What do you like the most about the role of CEO of BTweeps? How do you manage your work atmosphere?

I love it as this was all just a dream. From just a Vision, to Manifested Twitter Realities. I started my digital business on Twitter, & then created BTweeps out of it. Last year in April 2021 we had a great collaboration with AppSumo which is moving above & beyond continuously. It’s been a surreal journey. We are a creative remote team with individual environments and we work at places where we feel most comfortable, productive with MAXIMUM Focus & Creative juices blend into the moments of our creations.

Q9) What advice do you have for budding entrepreneurs willing to contribute their skills for better handling of social media as you did for Twitter but don’t know where to start?

First & Foremost, The most important step is to Find your Ideal Audience. Practice & Preach “Community over Competition”. This is a never ending process, so stay at it with consistency & discipline. Connect with them and Treat them right, human to human. This is a really important approach. It takes a lot of patience, but it goes a long way and has benefits. Go Beyond the The Temptation of Instant Gratification. Always remember that your Originality doesn’t get tempered by the number of likes, comments or followers you have on your Online Presence. Refine the Targets, Goals, & Objectives of your Online Presence and Focus on Long-Term Key Performance Indicators (LTKPIs). You will do just fine then 🙂
