Interview with Fabio Duo, the CEO of Headlessforms [2023]

Hi, I’m Fabio Duo, Founder and CEO of Headlessforms. It all began as a project inside freihandlabor GmbH at the beginning. Today we are proud that we created a platform that has helped many companies and individuals worldwide since our launch in July 2022.

As a forward-thinking company, we decided to help everyone in the internet space, whether developer or non-developer, to eliminate building contact forms from scratch for each website or project. Usability testing and incorporating user feedback played a crucial role in overcoming UX challenges. To make it a user-friendly and intuitive software interface, we conducted user research, collected feedback, and engaged in iterative design processes to refine the user experience. Also, developing software with limited time and resources took a lot of work for our bootstrapped Headlessforms project. We often had to prioritize tasks, break them into smaller manageable chunks, and create realistic timelines for timely completion.

I believe in the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and mutual support. As the CEO, I set an example of professionalism, integrity, and respect. Encourage managers and supervisors to do the same throughout the company.

Depending on user feedback and market demands, we will soon be offering direct integration and multi-purpose form templates. We continuously prioritize implementing robust security measures to protect user data and privacy. Stay updated with the latest security practices with relevant data protection regulations.

Find a specific problem or pain point in the market that you can address with your software. Listen to your target audience’s needs and challenges, and create a valuable product that solves their problems. Involve them from the early stages of development, listen to their feedback, and get them involved in beta testing. This will help refine your software and drive customer loyalty.
