  • You can go through the demo introduced after creating an account to learn how to create video interview questionnaires.
  • To create video interview questionnaires from your dashboard, select the QUICK START tab at the top left of your screen.
  • Write the interview topic in the space provided. Use the PLUS sign beside the QUESTIONS icon to add as many interview questions as you desire. You can also attach a link to the video interview by clicking SAVE AND GET URL.
  • Select ADD CANDIDATES EMAIL ADDRESS to add specific candidates’ email addresses to which you wish to forward the video interview questionnaires, then click SEND BY EMAIL.
  • The candidates will receive an email from you, the interviewer. All they have to do is follow the instructions, introduce themselves, and create video recorded responses that will be sent back to you.
  • Click VIEW ALL RESPONSES to see the responses of candidates who answered the interview questions and sent feedback.
  • From the menu box on the left side of your screen, use the JOBS icon to add jobs. Click the PLUS sign beside JOBS to add new jobs. To add a new job, type your job label in the space provided and click SAVE.
