FRY How to use

To access the 700+ videos and classes, it is mandatory to subscribe to any of the available pricing plans depending on your needs. 

 Once the subscription is active, you can do things such as: 

  • Start your own practice (or practice a particular skill) by selecting instructional video(s) or the follow-along videos under each segment of FRY The Method.
  • Search under the “Challenges” tab for any issue you may be facing (from “Abdominal” issues to “Wrist” issues) and follow the suggested videos for Breathwork, Movement, Relaxation, Positive Affirmations, Mindfulness and Meditations for each challenge.
  • Under the “Events” tab, join live-streamed classes, access videos of previously-streamed classes within the past 60 days, save classes (for 60 days) for yourself under “My Events”, and also access video replays of any Special External Events that have been recorded by FRY under the “Past Events” tab.
